Going alcohol-free will change your life, there's no doubt about it. If you had told me this before I stopped drinking I would not have believed you. 

I thought, like most people, that the key to a fun/relaxing/stress-free life was alcohol. 'Quit drinking, why? Pffttt' I cringe at my ignorance now. I thought life without alcohol was boring, yet I had never actually tried it.  I was dealing with such anxiety from drinking I was on high alert 24/7 and having panic attacks. I was so depressed I was suicidal.

This is especially true in a world where alcohol is so prevalent. This was my experience. I am nobody special, I am just like you, and I was able to break free. And if I can do it, anyone can!
